SurveyJet

Your survey, quoted in seconds.

Enter your address and SurveyJet reads the block — parcel size, slope and vegetation — to return a transparent, upfront estimate. A licensed surveyor then attends on site and confirms it.

  • Licensed surveyor attends every job.
  • Transparent, upfront pricing from public data.
  • Deliverables in PlanSA-ready DWG/PDF formats.

Address in. Upfront estimate out. Price confirmed on site.

The engine prices the job. It does not replace the surveyor.

Parcel identification

The address is resolved to its title boundary and area from public cadastral data, so there is no form to fill in and no call to wait for.

Slope and elevation

LiDAR point clouds give a slope profile that drives the quote, so the price reflects the real field effort for your block.

Vegetation and access

Aerial data flags trees and obstacles that affect field time, and the same inputs set the upfront estimate you see on screen.

Standard deliverables, every time

Each job is delivered as a signed PDF plan and a layered DWG built to the same layer standard, ready for PlanSA upload and for Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD.

Licensed sign-off on every job

A licensed surveyor attends the site and signs the plan before it is released to your portal. The engine prices the work; it never replaces the surveyor.

Built on checks you can verify, not claims you have to trust

SurveyJet is new, so we point to how every job is run rather than to review scores.

Licensed surveyor sign-off

A licensed surveyor performs and signs every survey, and every plan passes a quality check before it reaches your portal.

Transparent upfront pricing

The estimate comes from public cadastral, elevation and aerial data and is shown up front, with no waiting for a call-back. A licensed surveyor confirms it on site, and any adjustment is explained.

How pricing works
“Having the survey layers named and organised the same way every time means I spend my first day drafting the design instead of cleaning up the CAD file.”
Building Designer, Adelaide (illustrative example of the workflow benefit)
Is the instant quote the final price?

It is an estimate generated from public mapping and elevation data. A licensed surveyor may adjust it after reviewing access, vegetation and unforeseen obstructions at the site, and any change is explained before work proceeds.

How is the price calculated?

The engine reads your parcel area, slope, vegetation and access from cadastral, LiDAR and aerial data, then prices the field and drafting effort that block needs. You pay for the complexity of your block, not for a call-back margin.

What if my block is more complex than the online estimate?

If a licensed surveyor finds more dense vegetation, harder access or a more complex title than the data showed, the quote may be adjusted. You are told the reason before the survey continues.

Do I need to be home for the site visit?

No, provided the surveyor has safe external access around the dwelling, gates are unlocked and dogs are secured. Tell us about tenants so they can be notified.

What files will I receive?

You receive a signed PDF plan ready for PlanSA upload and a layered 3D DWG. Detail & Contour surveys also include a LandXML surface. Files are released to your client portal after licensed sign-off.

Is my data secure?

Your name, contact details and property information are used to quote and deliver your survey, and payments are handled by Stripe. Read the Privacy Policy for how data is stored and protected.
